Returns & Exchanges

Only products purchased from us or our respective partners (Ko’olau Distillery) are eligible for exchanges. For customization, any items brought in by the consumer cannot be exchanged. Problems with design services on a personal item are potentially eligible for compensation up to equal or lesser value. This eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Etching services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
